Photographer Kent Bowser will be teaching the following traditional black and white photography/darkroom classes at Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, New Mexico. Black & White Photography- A Spring Fling at Ghost Ranch: Week 1

Photograph early springtime at the Ranch using your film cameras with
classic black and white. The varied landscape includes deep, moody
canyons, sweeping vistas and textured hills. Hike during spring's
mercurial days and print in the evenings for a memorable experience
in the land in which Georgia O'Keeffe and Ansel Adams created their
masterpieces. All day classes, all levels welcome. Enroll for one
week or two!

Return to classic black-and-white film photography and print in our
swampcooled darkroom. Photograph the Ranch's high-desert landscapes
and corrals early in the day and again at sunset for dramatic and
sometimes tranquil and sonorous prints. Bring your camera, film, orange
filter, and a tripod and we'll supply the rest. All-day classes; all
levels.
Low-Tech Photography: Pinholes & Plastic Cameras for Highly Creative Effects

same? We use pinhole cameras and low-cost film cameras to create an
incredible range of images. You create your own cameras and use them
to shoot paper and film negatives, multiple- and long-exposure images.
Then learn to print them. The only limit is your imagination! All
levels welcome; some hiking, all-day classes.
